When a guest fills in a survey or a form, the answers come back into Viqal. This article shows you where to find them, how to filter them, and how to get them out as a file.

Where responses land

Open the Inbox in the left menu. Along the top you will see three tabs: Conversations, Tasks and Forms.

Forms is where every submitted survey and form response is collected, separate from the normal message flow, so a stack of feedback does not bury your live conversations.

Each row shows the guest, the date and time, and a preview of their answers.

What you can see

Click a response to open it. You get the questions and the guest's answers, and the conversation it came from, so you can see the context: what they were asked, what they tapped, and what they wrote.

Answers appear exactly as the guest gave them. Free-text fields show their own words, which is usually where the useful detail is.

Filter the list

A few controls sit above the list:

  • Time range — Last 24h, Last 7 days, Last month, or All.

  • Read state — All, Unread, or Read, with a Mark read action.

  • Form — the dropdown lets you narrow to one specific form rather than all of them.

Use the form filter when you want to look at one thing at a time, for example only the post-stay feedback surveys.

Export to CSV or PDF

Click CSV to download the responses in the current view. That gives you the answers in a spreadsheet for reporting, for sharing with your team, or for spotting patterns across a month of feedback.

The export follows your filters, so set the time range and form first, then export.
